What this covers

This policy explains what DeLorenzo Life & Health does with information you give us through this website. Connor DeLorenzo (DeLorenzo LLC) is responsible for it.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the coverage details you choose to share.
• Answers to health questions, if you use the eligibility screening tool.
• A record of your consent to be contacted: the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, your IP address, your browser, and the page you were on.
• Basic analytics about how pages are used.

Why we collect it

To quote and place insurance coverage for you, to contact you about it, and to keep the records a licensed insurance agent is required to keep.

Who we share it with

• Insurance carriers, when you ask us to quote or apply for a specific plan.
• Service providers that run this site, our calendar, and our email and text messaging. They may only use it to provide that service.
• Nobody else. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead buyers or marketing lists.

Health information

If you complete the eligibility screening, you give us health information. It is used only to work out which plans are realistic for you and to discuss them with you. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone other than a carrier you ask us to approach.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as insurance record-keeping rules in the relevant state require.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Email delorenzo.lifehealth@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights over their personal information. Use the same email address and we will honour them.
